Sunday Art Trail

Last Sunday we went for a walk around East London on a bit of a street art tour. There is so much street art around parts of East London, like Shoreditch and Brick Lane, it's just everywhere and it's amazing.

There are official tours that you can do, but we keep forgetting, it would be good to see the best pieces, but I think they're all pretty amazing!

After our tour we visited the Museum of London. They had a street photography exhibition, which was pretty good, but I wish it had been a bit bigger. There were probably only about 40 photos in all. That was also the best thing about the Museum, if you're ever visiting London, I'd skip this one. It's full of London history, but it's not done in a very interesting way... there are far more interesting Museum's in London in my opinion!

The only other interesting part of the Museum...

Afterwards we walked down towards Temple tube station to get the tube home, and discovered this amazing castle building I have never seen before. Apparently it's the Royal Courts of Justice. It's huge and completely stunning.

We had Nando's for dinner when we got home. The chips aren't as great as in New Zealand, but still pretty yummy.

  3. We do literally walk everywhere. It's great in Summer, but not so great when you're trying to walking though snow and slush..
